We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (Female Only) to manage our global recruitment efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talented professionals from across the globe to join our fast-growing team. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and build a global talent pipeline for various roles in the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Global Recruitment: Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for both local and international positions.
Talent Sourcing: Use various tools and platforms to source candidates from around the world, focusing on international job boards and networks.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assessments for candidates from different time zones, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for remote and on-site employees globally.
Collaboration: Work closely with global hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s global employer brand to attract top talent worldwide.
Administrative Support: Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and other recruitment-related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in global recruitment or HR, preferably in the IT, design, or digital marketing sector.
Strong understanding of international labor markets, recruitment platforms, and global talent sourcing.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple global recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a night shift environment to accommodate various time zones.
