Web Solutions Plus is looking for a highly driven and self-starter individual for the position of HR & Liaison Officer to assist our HR department with the coordination of our recruitment activities and employee development initiatives. The HR& Liaison Officer will be responsible for maintaining employee HR Records such as attendance, initiating background checks on shortlisted technical candidates, and liaison with universities for fresh graduate’s recruitment. Additionally, provide suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Posting and managing job advertisements to job boards, social media platforms and arranging the company’s presence at job fairs.
- Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
- Assisting in organizing company events.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Coordinating new hire orientations.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensuring company’s portfolio is kept updated online.
