Position Summary
We are on a mission to build a great digital marketing team in Pakistan and are searching for a highly motivated HR associate to help us with the hiring effort for our Islamabad office located in islamabad
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in HR and gain experience in digital marketing.
What you will be doing
You will be assisting the hiring manager to bring the best marketing professionals on board such as writers, social media experts, search engine marketers and graphic designers. This will include, but not be limited to:
Working with the hiring manager to understand job requirements for various roles and coming up with job descriptions
Sourcing the best candidates using job portals, classifieds and direct outreach
Shortlisting candidates through phone interviews
Making job offers and negotiating salaries for full time and part-time employees as well as freelancers
Managing employee orientation & onboarding
Setting goals and key performance indicators
Working with management to develop the HR policy in line with company culture and local regulations
Monitoring performance, productivity and motivation levels of team members
Managing payroll, office expenses and handling miscellaneous administrative tasks
You are an ideal candidate if you
Have outstanding english language skills especially written & verbal
Have excellent communication & presentation skills
Are highly organized
Have a keen eye and sense of detail
Are confident and articulate
Think of yourself as a “people” person and can get along with almost anybody
Are a quick learner and are keen to learn
Have a basic understanding of digital marketing
Are adept at using MS office, Dropbox, Google Drive, Skype & Whatsapp
Desired Experience & Education
Ideally you should have completed your undergraduate degree. Having some work experience is a plus but not necessary.
