Website Designer Intern- WordPress/Shopify

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to grow their careers in WordPress and Shopify development. This full-time position is based in Karachi and requires in-person attendance. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning. The role offers a monthly salary of Rs15,000 and provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in web development within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing websites using WordPress and Shopify platforms.
- Support the customization and maintenance of themes and plugins to meet client needs.
- Contribute to creating website architecture and perform basic back-end integrations.
- Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and website features.
- Conduct basic website performance testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, functional web layouts.
- Optimize websites to improve performance and enhance user experience.
- Ensure quality, responsiveness, and brand consistency across all projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of WordPress and Shopify development processes.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap frameworks.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website optimization techniques.
- Basic skills in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, or other design tools are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good command of English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in website development is preferred.
- At least one year of hands-on experience specifically with WordPress and Shopify platforms is desirable.
