We are looking for an experienced individual for the post of Project Manager who will manage the key client projects. The potential candidate should be proficient in organizing people and time resources, and seeing the project through from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
· Coordination with the internal/offshore resources and stakeholders/clients for the flawless execution of projects while ensuring resource availability and allocation.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
· Ensure resource availability and allocation
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
· Must have bachelor’s degree at least, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
· PMP Certified will be preferred.
· Proven knowledge of software agile development
· Strong knowledge of task management tools like JIRA, Redmine, Trello, Asana etc.
· Product work experience, technical background and processes Improvement experience is a MUST
· Must have worked in solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
