Job Description:
- Proficient in working with Amazon Marketplace including understanding of Product hunting, Product Branding/Marketing, product ranking, product sourcing and other resources related to maximizing sales on Amazon
- Maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships through comprehensive strategy, oversight and management of accounts
- Keep clients informed on new techniques, strategies and opportunities to improve their marketing efforts
- Manage and optimize Amazon seller central account, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the visibility and sales of our products on Amazon
- Continuously stay up to date with Amazon's selling platform and make recommendations for improving our presence on the platform
- Manage Amazon seller account and maintain brand store
- Manage and optimize Amazon seller central account, including product listings, inventory management, order fulfilment, FBA
- Stay on top of seller account performance and dealing with any performance reviews from Amazon
- Product hunting/ product sourcing and other resources related to maximizing sales on Amazon
- ASIN Lifecycle including maintaining and optimization
- Planning and Managing Ad Campaigns using AMS to increase sales and achieve maximum ROI in UK and North America Marketplace.
- Maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships, Respond to customer queries/questions in an efficient manner
- Managing Chargeback dispute
- Maintain Daily Sales Reports
- Maintain Weekly KPI reports
Requirements:
- Recent two years of experience of managing Amazon seller account
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Amazon seller central accounts, with a track record of success
- Strong knowledge of Amazon's selling platform, policies, and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting
