They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
1. Arranging and Hiring call center agents
2. Maintaining employee records
3. Maintain a database of CVs of call center agents.
4. Manage Rozee.pk account and scan LinkedIn profiles to hire call center agents.
5. Record reasons for turnover of call center agents and advise management to provide cover for those reasons
6. Assess staff training requirements along with team leads and quality control managers.
