- As a sales representative, you will be responsible for making both inbound and outbound sales calls and recording accurate and detailed notes of each call in a spreadsheet.
- Developing and implementing follow-up strategies that are tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each potential client
- Advising clients on potential investment opportunities based on their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and building long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and investment activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification; Bachelor
- Min 1-year real estate experience is required
- Good Communication skills
- Strong Convincing attitude toward clients
- Actively managing social media
- Motivated and achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
