- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Good knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Entertain cold calls on daily basis.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification; Bachelors
- Fresh or 1-year experience
- Good Communication skills
- Strong Convincing attitude towards clients
- Presentable
- Actively managing Social Media
- Motivated and achieve sales targets on monthly basis
