Client Communication Officer

The Client Communication Officer is responsible for managing the communication between the digital marketing agency and its clients. The candidate will work closely with the account management team to ensure effective communication flow within internal and external teams.

The key responsibilities include:

Serve as the primary contact for agency clients and establish a strong working relationship to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Manage client inquiries and communication, responding promptly, with a focus on customer service and high-quality delivery.
Work with account management, project management, and creative teams to manage client expectations, timelines, and key deliverables.
Set up and attend client meetings, prepare presentations, and present regular reports on client progress and performance.
Establish and maintain communication tools such as email, phone calls, chats, and other platforms as needed.
Address and resolve client complaints, escalations, and conflicts in a timely manner.
Work with the creative team in developing creative solutions to meet client requirements.
Ensure that all clients receive proper updates concerning new marketing trends and industry developments.

The ideal candidate should have:

A bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or a related field.
At least 3 years of client management experience in digital marketing or an agency setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive abilities.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts.
Experience in preparing and delivering multimedia presentations.
