HR Manager

Our digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, assisting with recruitment and hiring processes, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate day-to-day HR activities, such as employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company culture and business goals.
Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees to ensure a positive work environment and high levels of employee satisfaction.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including training, career development, and conflict resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
