Responsibilities:
- Assign employees and supervise staff to operate dining facilities and plan menus
- Prepare food supply orders
- Maintain camp checkout total strength
- Record attendance
- Monitor outgoings
- Train staff on-site
- Liaison with client (time to time)
- Ensure highest standard of Health and Safety practices on the site
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional hospitality industry.
- Diploma or Certificates & training is an asset.
- Degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
