Requirements and skills:
- Photography degree or similar
- Proven professional experience minimum 5 years
- Eye-catching portfolio with textile and soft-goods examples
- Proficient with digital equipment
- Maintain and manage photography and studio equipment
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography-related software
- Ability to set up backdrops and create simple room sets
- Expertise in lighting techniques – i.e., simple silhouette and mood lighting
- Professional experience with photo editing software
- Proficiency in retouching images; able to recolor product
- Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain deadlines
- Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advising innovative ideas regarding lighting and shooting techniques
