岗位职责：
1、负责给排水/暖通/空调工程设计、安装施工技术及现场管理工作；
2、对项目安装施工工艺、质量及工程进度全面管理；参加施工中各阶段验收。
3、配合部门经理负责现场管理、协调工作，特别是与巴方人员的沟通管理。
任职要求：
1、给排水/暖通/空调/机电类相关专业毕业；
2、3年以上与本专业相符的工作经验；
3、熟练运用相关专业软件；
4、具备良好的中文听说写能力，精通英语、乌尔都语；
5、会驾驶；
6、具备良好的学习能力，有中国留学经验者优先。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Designation/installation/construction and site management for water supply and drainage system and heating and ventilation system.
2. Overall management of construction technology, quality, and project progress, including compilation of construction organization design. Participate in various stages of acceptance of project.
3. Cooperate with the department leaders to manage on site work and coordinate the relationship among all units, especially communication and management work for Pakistani labour.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical electrical engineering or relative majors
2. At least 3 years of on-site construction management working experience, familiar with various professional quality acceptances.
3. Proficient in computer skills like Office and AUTO CAD, etc.
4. Language skills: good listening, speaking and writting skills in Chinese. Proficient in both Urdu and English..
5. With Drive License.
6. Quick-learner. Experience of studying in China is preferred.
