- Respond to various types of client’s queries and provide a suitable solution after consultation with Client and QC Manager
- Assist QC department for incorporation of new companies with Company house and HMRC.
- Assist Self-assessment registration for the new clients in case of individual taxation.
- Registration of new clients in accountancy manager and fulfilling other relevant protocols.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by QC Manager.
- Uploading documents in Accountancy Manager and its follow up with clients
- Maintaining documents for clients related to AML checks.
- Ability to handle data of multiple clients at a time.
- Liaise with clients to request information and records and its follow up for missing information.
- Maintain and update practice client data using practice management software (Accountancy Manager).
- Ensure Engagement Letters are signed and compliance with AML regulations.
- Updating list of clients to ensure that all information is up to date and request the clients for missing information.
- Any other task assigns by senior management.
