- Experience using all eCommerce platforms including eBay, Amazon & Shopify.
- The ability to research products online and conduct competitor research.
- Regular sales platform reporting. Including overall performance in terms of KPIs: Revenue, GP, Conversions, SEO, and Average Order Value.
- Develop and execute drop shipping strategies to maximize sales and profitability on eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and other relevant platforms.
- Source and evaluate potential dropshipping suppliers, negotiating terms and agreements.
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products to customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and delivery times.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize returns and customer issues.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all products are listed to the highest possible standards.
- Collaborate with a team of marketing, Google Ads specialists, and engineers.
- Managing all eCommerce platforms including promotional and marketing activity.
- Efficiently presenting data findings and developing brand strategies.
