As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our business goals and support the overall well-being and success of our employees.

HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR initiatives support the company's strategic direction.
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR needs and develop long-term workforce planning strategies.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners as needed.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Promote positive employee relations by ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Performance Management:

  • Establish and manage a performance management system that includes goal-setting, regular feedback, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting effective performance evaluations and addressing performance-related issues.
  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Facilitate or coordinate internal and external training sessions and workshops.
  • Support managers in identifying and developing high-potential employees and creating individual development plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct benchmarking and salary analysis to make informed decisions on compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits.

HR Compliance and Legal Requirements:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and data privacy in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Stay informed about changes in HR regulations and proactively implement necessary updates and training programs.
