We are looking for a self motivated Assistant Manager Operation to support and partner with the Sr. Manager Operations and the COO of our organization. The candidate must have:

  • Strong administrative skills (preferably in a Parking Company)
  • Knowledge and experience of handling Operational issues, as one of your responsibilities is to manage and control the workers turnover keep motivated labor workforce and address their issues to Sr. Manager Operations.
  • Ability to Work in a multitasking Environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • People management - You must also be able to train new traffic Marshalls/ junior staff.

Necessary Training will be provided to you which will help you to understand your job functions
