Responsibilities:
To ensure that all locations are working properly as per the SOP, Liaison with the government and semi government departments, to ensure that client expectations of services are consistently met and developed, to maintain the highest standards displaying innovation and flair and reflect the best and most appropriate style, to assess employee performance and responsible for the training needs of workers and supervisors, excellent coordination with the Sr..Manager Operation and a good team player, to visit the all operational sites and make the budget for their requirements, to maintain an effective business relationship with the client by understanding their needs and transferring these into the location.
