Job Description

A renouned multinational Cosmetics manufacturing company requires the services of  an Export (Sales) Manager


  • Activily target the relevant foreign clients to boost sales in international markets.
  • Manage revenue and growth targets, profitability, partnerships, brand image and market development in foreign countries.
  • Coordinate with management  and make arrangements to participate in popular and relevant international trade shows
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and foreign customers
  • Create proactive action plans to boost brand awareness in foreign markets
  • Work closely with the sales management team on international pricing strategy
  • Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve required product volume and profit and organize the market plans to suit the customer requirements and monitor all specific transactions of customers for all the processes.
  • Perform all other tasks that may be directly or indirectly related to his/her role

Attributes of Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Business Management.
  • 3-5 Years of experience in an Export related role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, negotiating and people management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
