A well renowned Company is looking to expand its operations in the Parking Industry. Looking for Field Assistant Manager for its operations in (Lahore & Islamabad ) with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.Job Responsibility :
- The incumbent will be responsible to manage the operations at the key operating sites
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding process accross different sites (majorly blue collar hiring)
- Manage services provided by company to ensure they meet client expectations & requirements
- Payroll/ Attendance management,
- Regular visits to the sites and maintenance of HR records.
- Ensuring Operations are run smoothly
- Providing Guidance and Mentoring to other Field staff
- Address and Resolve all issues concerning field office operations
- Able to come up with strategic solutions to effectively addrress operations issues
- Team Management Skills
Experience Min : 2 years of experience in Field Operations Management Location : Islamabad and Lahore
