Windsor Parking Services (Pvt.) Limited is looking for the services of self-motivated and experienced Assistant Managers for its Operations Department to work under supervision of Sr. Operations Manager
Must-have Attributes:.- At-least a Bachelors Degree
- Strong administrative skills (preferably in a Parking industry)
- Knowledge and experience of handling Operational issues, as one of their responsibilities will be to manage and control the workers turnover, keep motivated labor workforce and address their issues.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good presentation so as to maintain and further build the image of the company among its clients.
- Human Resource Management Skills - must also be able to train new traffic Marshalls/ Junior Staff.
- Ensure control over general parking operations at all the assigned sites
- Ensure adequate strength of workers and other staff members at all times at each assigned site in order to streamline site operations.
- Maintain a pool of workers to manage turnover at all the sites.
- Ensure adequate training of all the company resources at all assigned sites.
- Coordinate with other Assistant Managers and Sr. Manager Operations as and when required.
- Monitor and control attendance, behavior, public dealing and job attitude of the reporting staff.
- Coordinate with other departments of the company in order to ensure streamlined business operations.
- Represent the company well and develop and maintain excellent business relationships with all the clients and other stake holders which are directly or indirectly related to the company.
