A renowned cosmetics company needs the services of a Regional Sales Manager for Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Region to manage the Sales Team deployed in the province and its peripheries.
Core Responsibilities :
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of the assigned region.
- Setting or helping to set reasonable monthly/ annual sales targets at individual sales person and over-all team level to be achieved by the team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. Develop efficient and creative sales and Field marketing strategies & maintaining accurate records.
- leading sales team in establishing new business and organizing daily sales visits, client handling, demonstrating and presenting products and lead generation.
- Sales Planning and implementing Sales Plans and coordinating with Operations Team in this regards
Attributes of Ideal Candidate:
- Must be atleast a Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
- Must have a sales experience of 6 years or above
- Must be well equipped with all required sales skills and trainings.
- Must be a team player and must have adequate leadership skills
