• Daily management of reporting mechanisms in cooperation with Line Manager Recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other utilities working on developing similar frameworks
  • Assists in some advanced tasks as part of training and development
  • Develops PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates.
  • Provide suggestions for making future improvements for training.
  • Apply improvements and new techniques as assigned by supervisor
  • Conduct internal and external research to formulate and develop a customer maturity model.
  • General support for the Client Service Manager.
