Experienced Manager Sales & Marketing is required to overlook and boost the sales of a Multi-story Luxury apartments project based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Candidates must have suitable experience in real estate preferably managing sales for multi-story/high rise projects or other relevant projects earlier.
Requirements:
Identifies and generates new business; develops and delivers sales presentations.
Develops customer relations including sales leads, research, cold calling, qualifying leads, developing leads, and exceptional customer services.
Maintaining client relations with new and existing customers, assuring all existing and new clients are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations.
