Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical and sale resource and work in collaboration with engineers and clients as needed to provide effective end-user support and issue resolution.
- Identifies problems in medical consumable
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, researching and recommending service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information includes quotations, installation, and feedback forms.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and attending meetings with doctors for clinical discussion and meeting with the technical staff at hospitals.
- Assisting the Head of Departments in finalizing the deals.
- Provide demonstration of all kind of medical consumables.
- Preparation of tender documents and following up with the private and government sectors.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
