- Preparing and Sending Debit Notes against Commission Receivables.
- Communication with Suppliers for Commission Receivable and Follow-Up.
- Daily Cash Flow Handling and Monthly Reporting.
- Managing Salaries, Expenses, Accounts Payables, Petty Cash and Generating enough Finance for this purpose before deadline.
- Preparing Monthly Withdrawal Statement for Owners/Partners.
- Follow up with Bank for Incoming Remittances status, Balance inquiries, Salaries Payments, Tax Deductions etc.
- Our business is based on Services and is quite young, the accounts are pretty simple and not handled on any software yet. We don't need a Chartered Accountant but an Accounts Graduate that is young, aggressive, learner and a self decision maker.
