We are looking for an Associate Project Manager
A. Purpose of Job:
- Getting things done
- Ensure that project meets its stated objectives
- Ensure project progress and smooth client interaction
- Take full responsibility of all project activities and deliverables
- Complete Client Communication
B. Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the "client” for the local project team
- Define and manage project scope
- Plan and supervise project activities
- Resolve routine project issues during project execution
- Manage project teams and resources
- Perform regular project communication with the client and management
- Report project progress to management and client
- Understand the scope of the effort in terms of requirements, man-hours or functionality points
- With the help of relevant leads, determine scope and evaluate risks
- With the help of the relevant leads, define project parameters, i.e., time-lines, manpower requirements, risks, estimates, etc.
- Negotiate, establish, coordinate and oversee the projects deliverables
- Prepare the project management plan
- Communicate with client any feedback or discoveries that come from the team
- Managing multiple projects of multiple clients simultaneously with different teams
- Hiring the team members
- Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables
C: Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of IT projects (SEO, Social Media, Graphic Designing, Website Design, Web Development, WordPress, Digital Media Marketing, Ecommerce)
- Strong interest in technology and latest IT developments.
- An eye for detail and quality level check.
- Must have driven to continuously improve upon his skill set and help others.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly professional attitude are essential, as there will be substantial business contact with our clients
- In order to carry the vision to the development team and the client, must be capable of doing a lot of preaching, convincing, mentoring, and teaching.
- Ability to supervise a number of professionals from varying backgrounds and disciplines
- Highly adept at project and people management skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, proactive and goal-oriented.
D: Qualification Required:
- BS/MS in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or MBA-IT
E: Experience:
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience as leading and managing multiple teams for multiple local and foreign clients.
