Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Create and curate engaging, original content that resonates with our target audience
- Analyze social media data and metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to develop and execute social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for new and innovative strategies
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged to meet marketing objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to generate creative and engaging content
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
