BwLogics is looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our team and help build the client-side of our web applications. This position is perfect for a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about optimizing WordPress environments and eager to grow their career in web development. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of front-end programming languages, an eye for design, and solid content management skills. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and high-performing websites that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the website front-end to ensure an engaging and intuitive user experience.
- Create and maintain website architecture to support seamless navigation and functionality.
- Manage website back-end processes, including database and server integration.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly to ensure smooth website operation.
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins.
- Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing web designs.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and responsiveness across various devices.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to deliver error-free websites that meet client expectations.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Proven experience in WordPress theme and plugin development or customization.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
