Workday HCM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with deep expertise in Workday cloud solutions, including implementation, integrations, data migrations, and development using Workday Extend. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing various Workday HCM modules such as Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, and Payroll. This position also involves managing integrations and REST APIs, maintaining existing Workday Extend solutions, and addressing impacts from release management. Additionally, the consultant will deliver demos and prototypes of innovative solutions to stakeholders and new clients. Responsibilities include Workday reporting using BIRT, HCM, and EIB tools, as well as system administration, optimization, and security management.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Workday HCM modules (Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll) and Workday Extend in alignment with project scope and business needs.
- Maintain and improve existing Workday Extend solutions, ensuring seamless operation through various release management cycles.
- Develop and present demos and prototypes of cutting-edge Workday solutions to stakeholders and prospective customers.
- Manage Workday reporting tasks, including creation and maintenance of BIRT, HCM, and EIB reports.
- Perform Workday system administration, including maintenance, business process optimization, and security management.
- Generate and distribute security access reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Efficiently handle Workday ticketing queues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Support major Workday releases by identifying impacts and opportunities for system enhancements.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing, utilizing tools such as Kainos to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members while supporting ongoing engagements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM cloud solutions, including implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Strong proficiency in Workday Extend development and support (AMS/AD).
- Experience with Workday reporting tools such as BIRT, HCM, and EIB.
- Solid understanding of Workday system administration, security, and optimization best practices.
- Proven ability to manage Workday ticketing queues and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, including both manual and automated testing approaches.

Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Workday Integration and REST APIs.
- Experience in creating and delivering demos and prototypes of Workday solutions to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior consultants.
