Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with the UK based Recruitment team.
  • Recruitment related administrative duties.
  • Customer Services over the phone and emails.
  • Replying to emails, scheduling appointments, arranging jobs interviews.
  • Collecting documents
  • Checking candidates' applications and registrations, helping them throughout the process.
  • Recordkeeping.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory requirements – excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Language.
  • Must have experience working in the UK based Call Centre.
  • Customer service background in a customer-focused environment.
  • Must have experience promoting services to the business & clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic with positive approach and manner.
  • General IT skills e.g. Ms Office and Outlook.
  • Be able to achieve individual and team targets and KPI.
  • Ensuring timely completion of the assignment.
  • Self-motivated and strong communication skills with a view to achieving your individual targets.
  • Must be able to work comfortably under pressure and have a passion for results and genuine desire to develop both personal and a successful team.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
