We are looking for a dedicated Workflow Success Executive to serve as a crucial bridge between the support team, physicians, and clients. This role is centered on enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of reporting processes by managing case routing, resolving issues promptly during shifts, and maintaining clear communication among all parties involved. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills to support both departmental performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage case routing by prioritizing based on modality expertise, physician schedules, and case volume to ensure an optimized workflow. Provide weekly follow-up reports that highlight issues encountered during shifts, assisting physician and client management in improving overall departmental performance. Professionally handle all incoming calls, emails, and complaints from physicians and clients, ensuring timely and effective responses. Monitor work-lists through designated software to meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements by proactively managing tasks and responding promptly. Take full ownership of daily work-lists to guarantee timely delivery of reports while maintaining high-quality standards that meet client expectations. Conduct regular checks on pending tasks, including open tickets, to complete shift duties efficiently and enable smooth handovers. Act as a liaison with the technical team to communicate and resolve any software-related issues experienced by clients.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or client management, preferably with exposure to international clients. Strong leadership skills are required to effectively guide and support a team. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are necessary. The role demands proficiency in multitasking and adaptability within a dynamic work environment. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in telephone etiquette, customer service, time management, organization, attention to detail, scheduling, and maintaining professionalism. Accurate typing and data entry skills with a focus on precision are important. Basic knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous. The ability to schedule and register patients quickly and accurately is required. General computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, is expected.
