Workflux is seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to optimize and automate business workflows across various departments. This role requires a strong expertise in business process modeling and workflow automation to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth execution of operational tasks. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of workflow automation concepts, including routing logic, conditional workflows, SLA management, and approvals, combined with hands-on experience using leading workflow platforms such as Kissflow, Cflow, or Pipefy. With a minimum of five years of relevant experience, this position demands excellent analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into automated solutions that align with organizational goals.
As a Business Process Consultant at Workflux, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from different teams to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and implement automation strategies that reduce manual effort and improve throughput. You will work extensively with integration tools such as APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make to connect various software platforms seamlessly. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, effective communication and stakeholder engagement are crucial to successfully drive change initiatives and deliver valuable process enhancements across the company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Design and implement automated workflows using platforms like Kissflow, Cflow, and Pipefy to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop routing logic, conditional workflows, SLA management protocols, and approval processes tailored to business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional and scalable automated workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Integrate workflow automation tools with other enterprise applications using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and native connectors.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented workflows, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
- Provide ongoing support and training to business users to maximize adoption and effective use of automation solutions.
- Document workflows, processes, and system configurations clearly for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in business process management and workflow automation.
