Workforce Training Academy (Karachi office) is actively seeking experienced sales candidates for immediate hire. The potential candidate to drive performance optimization within the area of expertise to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Passionate about the training industry and products
- Quick learner and team player
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to call 70-100 leads per day
- Organizational skills with CRM systems, excel, Microsoft word
- Identify potential leads from referrals, references or industry listings
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Extremely detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus.
- Self-motivated worker who works independently with efficiency.
- Excellent sense of judgment while ensuring work is handled efficiently without the need for constant supervision.
