A Karachi Furniture brand is looking for an ambitious and energetic experienced Business Development candidate for its Lahore office to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Purpose

  • Achieving corporate sales targets in assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Prospecting and Lead generation
  • Guide customer through space planning, product selection, finish selection etc
  • Preparing and presenting
  • Order Documentation
  • Coordinate Between Customer, Production and After Sales
  • Maintain/Nurture customer relationship even after sales
  • Timely recoveries
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements & Skills

  • Business development professionals understand the fundamental drivers of the business, customers, partners, and competitors
  • Proven 4+ years working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role (Industry sales experience)
  • Experience in Furniture Industry will be a plus
  • Candidate from Karachi (Preferred to be apply and willing to relocate)
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field (Any other certification will be a plus)
  • Salary plus 1% commission, fuel etc.
