1. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  2. Manage online and phone reservations
  3. Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  4. Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact requirements)
  5. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  6. Provide information about our workspace, available rooms, rates and amenities
  7. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
  8. Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished 
  9. Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  10. Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
  11. Requirements and skills
  12. Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
  13. Customer service attitude
  14. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  15. Degree in hotel management is a plus
