Job Description

Maintaining a deep knowledge of the company's products and services.

  • Communicate with customers and clients via email regarding a particular service or product
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
  • Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
  • Experience as a relationship officer, in customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written communication skills, email drafting require.
  •  Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Customer-oriented.
