We are one of the leading traders of Pakistan, is now extending its wings by opening a digital marketing agency in a separate office space.For this post, we are looking for a qualified Adobe XD Designer who can convert the XD Apps into Flutter and public it on all platforms i.e. Android, iOS and the website.The candidate must design and code functional programs using XD and Flutter Combination.You will work as part of a team under the supervision of our skilled creative head.As an Application Developer and Designer, you must have excellent knowledge of at least one programming language.You must be familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms.The ideal candidate will also have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for app security measures.The goal is to design apps using flutter by following our instructions while convert and publish that app as fully functional Applications without breaking anything.
As an XD Designer:
You should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.Ultimately, you will make our app more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain users.
Responsibilities:
- Understand our requirements as an ethical listener, and brainstorm about how they translate into application features.
- Collaborate with the leader and team of our company's professionals to set specifications for new applications.
- Design creative prototypes according to specifications.
- Write high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines.
- Perform unit and integration testing before launch.
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Follow, adopt and inherit all the designing trends.
- Create wireframes or develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.
Requirements:
- Must have great knowledge of flutter.
- Proven experience as a designer and application developer
- Experience in designing and building prototypes and develop applications
- Ability to program in at least one programming language such as C#, Python, Java (J2EE), etc.
- In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
- Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
- Understand app specifications and user psychology
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Keep abreast of competitor apps and industry trends
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects
