• Attend to inquiries from taxi drivers and customers
  • Check for booking errors and omissions (Door number, Flight details etc.)
  • Update all bookings according to the information received via email, chat or call
  • Sending emails to the customers relating to errors and omissions and updating the bookings against them
  • Monitor call queues and assist in answering incoming calls
  • Making outbound calls to the drivers and customers when required
  • Obtain and confirm the necessary information from the customers regarding their bookings, record all data accurately
  • Attend incoming calls and chats and resolve customer queries
  • Provide customers with fare estimates over calls, chat and emails
  • Make booking over the call, email or chat and guide the customer through different fares and custom bookings
  • Always remain calm, manage stress and work under pressure
  • Always stay professional under all circumstances
  • Work quickly and accurately with the ability to multitask
  • Resolve customer complaints via email, chat or call
  • Look out for cancelations and refunds
