Major Job Responsibilities
- Understand the company’s goal and objectives to enhance the company’s performance.
- Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Check our services/products and make them attractive as per the market demand.
- Research the market competitors and create strategy to convert potential leads into clients.
- Explore the demand and competition in new markets for our products.
- Create training material for sales and operation teams.
- Manage sales activities and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and regulate the client portals in company Database and CRM.
- Generating bi- monthly progress reports for company management.
- Conduct sales and operations trainings for new products.

- Ready to act as sales representative as per need
- Ready to act as social media manager as per need
- Ready to work with designing and social media teams to create powerful digital ads and other social media campaign
