We require Analysts/Consultants to develop or document processes and procedures after conducting the current state assessment for a range of industries for finance, HR and IT.

Job Description

·        Works with the business and development team to identify business requirement and the expected outcome

·          Models and frames critical business scenarios that have a meaningful impact on critical business processes and decisions

·         Identify the impact on key performance indicators according to the originated product feature

·         Manage the business requirements of a new feature being implemented and create User success stories

·         Conducts usability level change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of change, functions, and requirements Requires to convert the business requirements into technical documents which deliver elements of systems design, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.

·         Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users Research and prepares statistical reports in order to identify how a feature needs to be integrated with the system Acts as a liaison and ensure approval of usability, content, communication design in order to comply with the product guidelines & themes for all the designed screens

·         Conduct User Acceptance Testing of the assigned features before deployment Identify and present the impact of the feature on defined Key Performance Indicators once it has been released Business Analyst needs to create a blog post once the feature is deployed

Must Have:

·         Bachelor’s in computer science, business administration or business or technology field preferred

·         Strong process mapping, group presentation, written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Any experience financial accounting, human resource management systems(hrms).
