ð               Assist in the recruitment process for positions in the designated projects and areas. Assist in preparing TORs, advertising positions, scheduling interviews, compile interview record, checking references, medical checkups and sending offer letters.

ð              Assist in Employee orientation and probation review

ð              Ensure that new joiners submit the relevant documents for  issuance of Employment contract

ð              Assist in Employee Performance Appraisals and ensure that they are completed in time.

ð              Assist in employee training needs assessment and implementation of the Annual Training Plan

ð              Assist in implementation of Capacity Building of Successors, High Potential and Young Professionals

ð              Assist in implementation of Team Building for North Region as per the Team Building Strategy

ð               Assist in organizing in-house, individual and online trainings (e-Campus and other online platforms) and maintain records

ð              Ensure Employee Meetings are run smoothly according to the SOPs & uploaded on HR Google

ð              Ensure Trip Reports are completed and uploaded on HR Google

ð               Ensure that Employee Exit process is followed and documented; maintain and analyze exit records to compile feedback and identify any trends.

ð              Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; Suggest improvements and record related feedback of Employees;

ð              Assist in reviewing Compensation & Benefits and propose changes as per market best practices;

ð              Assist in periodic internal satisfaction surveys and external benchmarking surveys

ð              Prepare contracts and certificates for internships and  volunteers and maintain record

ð              Manage the medical insurance (OPD and Hospitalization) for all regional staff as well as re-imbursements

ð              Organize monthly Open House Session for Islamabad Office and compile meeting minutes

ð              Conduct HR sessions for fundraising campaigns

ð              Deliver Brown Bag Sessions as and when required

ð              Announce scholarship opportunities, NOP events etc;

ð              Assist in organizing events for REC Club for North Region
