Job Purpose:

Overall Management of Company’s Administration Department to provide desired support to increase the efficiency of the Projects, Operational Sites, Logistics and Transport Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Logistic Management:

a. To plan and arrange consumable store requirements

b. To plan and arrange project material requirements

c. To plan and arrange tools requirement

d. To prepare Store yearly, quarterly and monthly budget

e. To develop and implement an efficient store management system for inventory, tools, etc.

f. To reconcile stores with Etisalat, Staff, and suppliers

g. To arrange repair of faulty equipment

h. To ensure store efficient system in place

2. Vehicle Management System:

a. To develop and implement an efficient vehicle management system

b. To study project requirements and ensure proper vehicle placement to get optimum efficiency

c. To implement efficiency and expense analysis

d. To keep updated documents

e. To maximize company benefits and reduce cost

f. To develop relationships to place vehicles on urgent notice

g. To develop maintenance policy

h. To develop vehicle hiring, placement, accident, returning policies

3. Procurement:

a. To supervise and implement proper procurement policies and procedures

4. Administration:

a. To ensure all facilities i.e. offices, accommodation, general matters are in place.

b. To ensure professional discipline all over the company

c. To ensure all admin policies and procedures are in place and implemented.

d. To contribute to improving facilities standards

5. Updating, Improvement, and New Business

a. To contribute to company's current operational success and adding new business.

b. To control cost and maximize benefits.

c. To add value to the Company.

6. Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Expected Outcome of the Position:

  • Efficient vehicle operations on all projects
  • Administration Support to all Projects

KPI

  • Smooth and well-planned supply of logistics to all projects.
  • Smooth support of transport requirements for all projects at minimum cost.
  • Implementation of professional practices on all projects.

Reporting Schedule:-

Daily - Task-Based Reports.

Weekly - Vehicle Control, Store and Logistics Consumption, Admin Reports.

Monthly - Expense Control Reports on Vehicles, Material, and Equipments.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Masters/ Bachelors
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, solid organizational and ability to coordinate and manage.
  • 5+ Years experience in the same capacity.
