• Set up, copy, scan and store documents.

• Creation of templates.

• Monitors status of project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.

• Submits project documentation to management for approval, and transmits approved documents to customer.

• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage

• Collecting daily activity data from Field staff

• Strong communication with field staff, Project Coordinator &Project Manager

• Preparation of multiple telecom reports including TSSRs, LOS Reports, PISM Reports, SQC Reports, Snags Clearance reports, RFM reports.

• Strong IT skills in MS office including outlook, excel and word.

• Strong Skills in AUTOCAD for multiple Engineering Drawings preparing.

• Must have knowledge for iBwave viewer for technical DAS Drawings.

• Preparation of RFM or Civil Work completion reports for IBS sites

• Preparation of TI Completion & Quality reports.

• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.

• Preparation of Microwave Link
