  • Approvals Preparation of Project Charter  Preparing the Monthly P and L for MN projects Checking the resources fulfillment as per client requirement
  • Follow-up of staff requirements with HR team - New and Existing Sharing the budget details with Accounts team
  • For review and approvals Follow-up on each requirement arrangements and accomplishments Checking the assigned volume versus planned deployments Project Support 
  • FN and Du SFAN Daily Circulation of Resource Deployed Details Arrangements of required trainings for operations
  • Project Efficiency Management Supporting on Strategic planning and governance
  • Sending request to Admin for newly staff training and certifications
  • Controlling on deployed manpower resources
  • Checking with the project team along with volume of assignments of manpower resources
  • Monitoring of Engineer Clock in and follow for smooth logout with escalations
  • Presentation of Weekly invoice submission Follow-up on outstanding invoices
  • Preparations of Mobile Network Organization Chart Maintaining the resource movement from PMO office Vehicles Management
  • Task Management Implementation and Followup for MN SAP Implementation Fraud Management
