Job Description:
- Assist or Conducting Talent (i. e. , Artists and Directors) On-boarding/hiring.
- Resolve IT issues faced by the Talent (Artists and Directors) by providing them IT Support.
- Mode of communication can be through phone-call, email or chat.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of basic MS Windows Mac Operating systems.
- Experience on MS Office (Word, Excel etc. ) is required.
- Excellent Speaking and Written Communication skills in English language is a must.
- Exposure to world class support processess.
