CONTRACT INFORMATION: This section contains all the relevant information required to develop the marketing plan. Beside such information if other relevant information is required. The concern person shall get an approval from the higher authority to share more details.
INTRODUCTION TO THE EVENT
(1) Cricket Tournament shall be an event doing business like football league i.e. Champions league. This tournament will consist of three major rounds (a) Group stage shall be played on zonal level, each zone shall contain 5 Districts Team whereas each team shall play two matches with each opponent on Home ground and Opponent’s ground. (b) Upon the closing of such phase only top two from each group will qualify to the quarter final round. (c) After quarter final phase the winners will be subject to the semi final and final round which shall be played on Neutral Venue focusing now on Peshawar.
(2) This Tournament shall produce revenues in two different categories (a) Tournament Revenues and (b) Per match revenue. Such revenues are consisting of Crowd ticketing, Advertisers, Sponsors, Gambling, Broadcasting rights, Stalls, Donations, Tournament & match fee.
(3) Corporate structure of the tournament shall be partnership firm consists of Twenty partners, each partner shall own minimum single team in the auction. Appointment of Chairman & Resolutions shall be qualified upon the rule of majority of 2/3rd. Each team owner will enroll all the players of the team on pay roll under the annual contracts.
TARGET MARKET DESCRIPTION
The targeted customer or crowd for such event shall be based on the location where the matches are hosted. Usually all the matches of the event shall be played on Friday and Saturday targeting the people from all the fields who are seeking entertainment in their locality which shall be further enhanced to the passion to support their team during the whole event. Major factors considered to attract crowd i.e. Entertainment and Passion to support their team.

Develop multiple independent tools and tactics to attract crowd having logical and numeral factors to observe the production and alternate strategies if required.

Develop costing and Budget plan having flexibility for further optimization while not disturbing the rate of attraction of crowd but managing executing body to reduce the relevant cost.
MARKETING SOFTWARE TOOLS (DIVVY HQ)
Deploy the proposed plan to the concern software to trace the productivity and performance of the plan including alternative options to recue or recommended if unexpected or unusual event arise.
