- Maintaining, implementing or improving electrical / hvac facilities components and system.
- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards, by preparing electrical / hvac system specifications or technical drawings.
- Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical / hvac equipments and material.
- Estimating material, labor or construction costs for budget preparation. Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing project.
- Ensuring compliance with specification by coordinating installation, manufacturing, maintenance, documentation support or testing activities.
- Supervising or training project team member.
- Coordinate & facilitate the management regarding new assignment.
- To liaison with the wapda officer nearest grid station and operational staff and Maintenance vendor companies.
- In case of any major problem in any equipment then providing guidance to sub ordinates.
- Checked the daily electrical / hvac log book and generator log sheet.
- To ensure that morning, evening and night shifts have not to face any problem in electrical system and equipments.
- To guide the junior staff to overcome the problem faced during shifts mentioned in shift log book by electrician during shifts.
- Checked the cleaning and maintenance of all equipments and system.
- Hiring high qualified engineering staff, If required hiring to new staff then concern With Mall Manager.
- To ensure that all the equipments of Mall are working well.
- To ensure that periodic maintenance plan are implemented.
- Verified the monthly electrical/ hvac readings of shops.
