Job Description

Client Services will be responsible for overseeing & maintaining the relationships between the company and its clients by maintaining healthy and effective relationship.

  • You will help to maintain overall high levels of customer satisfaction for expansion and renewals.
  • Perform initial onboarding and training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction 
  • Ensures all customers are successfully using the service along with complete features they have purchased from the company 
  • Help customers maximize the value of services with absolute knowledge.
  • Identify and coordinate communications between customers and appropriate internal resources.
